The best way to improve your riding is to spend time training your body outside of the saddle.
Our workout programs, available individually or as part of our all-inclusive RideWell subscription, are created by an equestrian, for equestrians. Whether you’re a novice or a pro, whether you have a full gym or a home setup, we have the program for you.
Each program also includes access to our free app, allowing you to access your program right from your phone.

The perfect six-week program for those who are new (or returning) to riding or working out, focused establishing a foundation of correct exercise form and base level of fitness.

Our signature twelve-week program aimed to help established riders build strength out of the saddle to increase balance, performance, and stability in the saddle.

A more advanced twelve-week program for riders with a base level of fitness level up their strength and endurance by pairing HIIT-style routines with tailored strength training.

Leaning forward in the saddle or struggling to keep your shoulders back? This six-week upper body focus will help strengthen and straighten your posture in and out of the saddle.

What is a core, anyway, and how do you use it? This six-week core focus will help riders of all levels with stability, bodily awareness, and balance through targeted core work.

Having a hard time keeping your heels down or adding leg? This six-week hip focus program centers around your hips and lower leg, allowing you to lengthen and strengthen.
