Massage (for humans or horses) is often seen as a luxury. In practice, massage therapies have been used throughout history to aid healing and promote wellness in the body, and a good bodyworker is a crucial part of your horse’s care team.
Integrative therapies, such as massage and myofascial release, can also assist in the horse in their body, helping them to feel better and move better.

I started Vitalis out of a simple desire: to help horses feel their best.
Our horses give us so much, and they deserve to be comfortable, relaxed, and free from pain or tension—whether they’re working under saddle or just enjoying life in the pasture. Through bodywork, I focus on supporting their well-being, easing discomfort, and helping them move with more freedom and ease.
As a Certified Equine Massage Therapist with training in kinesiology and a lifelong love of horses, I’m dedicated to caring for them the way they care for us.
