Workout Programs
A range of standalone programs ranging from 6-12 weeks of customized workouts. Perfect for new gymgoers, those more experienced, and everyone in between. Each one is designed with the equestrian in mind so you never have to guess if your training will benefit your riding.

No. Our motto is “Fitness for Every Equestrian”. Any and all riders can benefit from improving their fitness outside of the saddle, no matter are a competitive hunter jumper or you enjoy just doing walk-trot at home.
There’s no time like the present to start, and everyone starts somewhere. Our most popular program, Ground Zero, is built specifically for riders like you.
Our programs contain workouts that can be done at home or in a gym setting.
It’s a three step process: NOURISH, TRAIN, RIDE.
As I progressed in my own equestrian fitness journey, I realized that every workout program I came across was just that…workouts. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I believe thoroughly in holistic wellness. I couldn’t find a program that encompassed not just workouts, but nutrition, stress management, and overall wellness habits.
So, I built one. My practice is centered around my unique RideNourished program – a nutrition and wellness structure you won’t find anywhere else. I then added in workouts, my RideStrong programs. Together these programs help us to #RideWell.

My education and training includes areas of study in: (for humans) integrative nutrition, health coaching, and personal training; (for horses) massage and myofascial release, pulse electromagnetic therapy, and kinesiology taping.
